Hmm I don't really hear a difference, though. There isn't a reverberation on the verses from the backing track being played in a theater like in Swinefest, but the tone sounds the same (breathy). The vocals on the chorus in the live version sounded sweeter than the verses even then.
I really have to wonder what reaction would be to the album if she'd never done Swinefest and saved songs like SD and MANiCURE to be revealed with the release and not have allowed people the chance to become attached to the minutiae of the live versions. Bad move, Gagz.
Everyone would be "omggg"-ing over SD right now instead of it being taken for granted.
& love the beachy, hippie chic look in the music video. (Being serious)
It's like they just recorded Gaga working out/trying to lose weight after she became a fatass & put her exercise moans/grunts over a beat. That, or they went to a pig slaughterhouse.
