This review is bogus, apparently 'Angela Cheng' is actually a dude that goes under several different names. Examiner pays their 'journalists' based on the traffic they receive on their articles. Obviously the purpose of the article is create as much hyperbolic hate as possible to garner as much traffic as possible. Give this person no money or attention, ignore this 'review', and wait for genuine music critics to give their verdict.
Looks like Angie is a hacked Examiner account - she started off as a Gaga stan, listing 2 Gaga sons in her top 5 songs since 1991 and listing this as her #4 reason to "dislike Madonna":
