Really good album. "Jewels n' Drugs" is a hot ****ing mess, I'll never play that again. "Dope" is a mess, but that's just me personally. Between it, "Speechless", "Brown Eyes", just.. Gaga ballads never do it for me. Vocals are good on "Gypsy" but it's got that thing that made me want to hang myself when I first heard "Hair". Those are the only three I'll probably never revisit much like I haven't heard most of BTW since May 2011. "Manicure" is also iffy but like 7.5/10 iffy, versus like 2/10 the other three above. The album would've been flawless with the12 tracks.
My trinity (excluding "DWUW") is PROBZ "Sexxx Gods", "God.U.Y." and funnily enough "Fashion!". I expected THE worst cause Guetta can make anything a mess, but William came in and served a cute The Beginning-esque bop. I can't pick up anything David had to do with the song. I'll easily be repeating these three the most, tho.
In Fashion! 3:02 she holds a note for 20secs (or more if you count the phrases she sings before). Does this mean she breaks Mariah's record from Lead The Way for the longest vocal note held under one breath?
no because it's not actually 20 seconds, they just edited it. You can hear the effect. And Barbra Streisand has the longest note in one breath for A Piece of Sky I believe!
