Negative. I think GGGB is trash and it's easily my least favorite after probably Loud.
Rihanna's albums get better every time and honestly Unapologetic is almost there. If every song was a What Now, a Diamonds, a Stay, a Get It Over With, a Nobodies Business, and a Mother Mary.
The ****ing trash that is Right Now and Pour It Up ruin it. It's still a solid 7ish.
After this break rihanna is going to come back hard
Rihanna is not really a cohesive album artist. Unapologetic had songs like Stay and What Now on the same CD with Fresh off the Runway and Numb. Very disjointed. Same with TTT and Loud. Rated R IS her most cohesive body of work and GGGB is right behind it. They both had clear themes.
GGGB is both underrated and overrated. Its so teen pop but it somehow manages to sound mature enough for anyone to bop to. Plus Say It is Rihanna's best song ever.
But actually, both do their own separate thing. Lana's music is meant for self-reflection while Lorde's a bit more democratic and can be sung with other people.
Eminem and Celine Dion are both probably going to debut higher than Avril Lavigne's album. Avril won't be #1 and she won't even be the highest charting Canadian girl that week.
The world can be so unfair.
