she's not butt ugly, but in the world of pop princesses she sticks out as the uglier one. photos don't do her justice. however, I think katy perry or britney nowadays are not much to look at either. gaga's bone structure is just very weak, she has no chin, which causes gives her a terrible profile and makes her nose look bigger. but she works the ugliness to her advantage.
Madonna always looked her most beautiful with no make up on anyway. she was at her most beautiful pre-fame.
