Since Gaga had a huge **** up and decided to release a GP-unappealing song as the lead single, she should have at least released a good one, like "Mary Jane Holland" or "SeXXX Dreams".

What would happen:

"Mary Jane Holland" would be slammed / banned for the marijuana references, but it could still manage to get some radio play. It would get some huge following by stoners, and could actually be about successful as "Applause" if she managed it better and did a few more performances.

"SeXXX Dreams" would be the best choice, though. It might get slammed for being explicit, but literally every other song on the radio is about sex, so this one shouldn't be any different. I could imagine it going top 3.

Oh, well. Dumb bitch. We'll never know.
