I honestly have no idea how ARTPOP will perform. Applause was a trooper in the US but didn't do much WW. She's all over Europe and she was huge there so people may buy the album even if they didn't buy the first single. She should just ditch this Venus thing and focus on Do What U Want but she's crazy and wants her production getting the spotlight.

I'm thinking 350-400k in the US, 600-700k WW. If she goes below that, it would look bad.
