I don't think she's necessarily ugly but her nose is huge and her mouth is weird. She can look put together sometimes, but yeah she makes herself look beyond ugly 99% of the time.
This. Her facial structure isn't actually that bad, just that humungous nose and those sunken-in lazy eyes. She'd be not that bad if she got a nose job.
