I don't think Jay has ghostwriters either because he's fallen off as a rapper after The Black Album in 2003 and it seems like everything is written from his voice/his perspective. If he does hire ghostwriters, they aren't doing a good job. I also believe Jay when he says he doesn't write things down & that he just listens to the beat over and over again while he formulates rhymes in his head because he raps like he's been put on the spot. Holy Grail is a good example.
