Why? It's working perfectly fine. It's not as if the streaming chart looks completely different than the digital or radio charts. They all look the same meaning it's very accurate.
The Hot 100 has never been more accurate. Ever since 2005 when they included digital sales, they've been on point in keeping up with industry trends and making sure the chart actually reflects what's popular. It was a damn mess in the 90s and early 2000s.
