Yeah! Thank you lovesong for getting what I was going with.
Miley is really above her "peers," and is now on par with the main pop girls. So, stereo.love/lovesong, I offer these:
1) #Bangers/Prism/ARTPOP (when the last one is released, obv) - that could be STATE OF POP: 2013
2) 1993 in 2013 - Selena/Demi/Ariana (They're also all half-Latina, so something could be done with that)
I guess one could throw Britney into the first rate and have it be a 2013 Fall Pop Showdown. That would be INTENSE.
I like the IP/Carly Rae idea - was there a 2011 one-hit wonder we haven't rated?
