Seriously? That movie is so stupid. The general concept works, but how it was made & portrayed is so stupid. If there are any 13-year-olds that regularly act like that, (Mind you, I am saying this as a kid near that age), there are definitely not as many of them hooked on drugs, drink, have sex, etc. as there were in that movie. They basically portrayed kids who were older, but just said they were 13, and it was ridiculous. I could see maybe a small group of 13-year-olds with that mess going on, but not the huge amount they showed.
The girl who played Amy literally had some of the worst acting I've ever seen. I almost thought this was some movie made by some middle schoolers as a school project based on her acting and some of the other things that happened in this movie. She was so stupid. The girl who played Megan wasn't awful, but she wasn't great, either.
Finally, the actors were all 21 or older, and they were meant to portray 13-year-olds? That's just ridiculous. It's awful; at least get some adults that can act.
I've heard so much about Megan is Missing. I'm too scared to watch it or even read up on what the ending is Is it really that bad?

Well, for me it's more of a psychological thriller. Sans the thrills. The reason the movie got to me was because of how realistic it was. Things like that actually happen. Getting raped and then buried alive. & X 1000. It isn't far fetched. People do really gruesome things in actuality.

I know right? The most terrifying horror and suspense is always the one that you KNOW actually happens in real life practically all the time. The feeling when you know that exact same thing could be going on somewhere RIGHT NOW. That's worse than any fictional or splatter bs. It's the kind of things that really give you the creeps.
And now you have made me curious for that movie. Why....

The Strangers was so good. It didn't scare me, but it gave me the creeps. I wanna watch that now.

Is not really that scaring now, but when I was 12 I saw this movie... and I couldn't sleep for a week 
it was horrible at that time...
