That's how
Miley sees black people. She went to her producers and said she wanted a "black" record, which has resulted in songs and videos about drugs, grills, headbands, twerking. Her representation of urban culture borders on mockery and it often crosses the line. She could have approached it a different way.
All the models portraying her friends in We Can't Stop are white skinny boys and girls, while she's twerking with three black women dressed as bears and whose faces you can't see (while wearing a bright white outfit.) She's just using them as props.
You can't complain about racism and support
that.
