That just means whatever music she makes, she isn't necessarily doing it for the chart records. However, this is switching up official releases given the good reception the current is receiving. She's made all the songs for the album, and assuming that saying this suddenly means that she doesn't want success is stupid like she isn't making music thinking about the charts in mind but if she clearly sees the potential a song has then she's not going to ignore what people want.
