Nah, I think being realistic it's likely she'll decrease again as quickly as she's risen (given the performances of other promo singles from other artists). I'd say Top 5 is a good bet though for end of the week- which will do the job of promoting and reinvigorating the Gaga brand in the UK properly just before Hurricane Venus.
However, the only other promo single from anyone that's gone #1 on iTunes recently is Rap God by Eminem.
