oh I remember when this girl was signed by JT, she used to be a youtube singer if I am not mistaken, she was seen by his team cuz she made a cover of one of his sings.
I see her career never went anywhere. Is she that bad?
none of JT's signed artist ever made a splash
thats why JB made the perfect choice by signing with Usher...he wouldnt be as big as he is if under JT's wings
Lorde is #1 in UK. Didn't people say she was local?
She's still local to Anglophone countries, just like Katy Perry and Miley. Rihanna, Beyoncé, Gags, Britney etc have all proved their worth across all 6 continents (though ARTPOP is debatable etc etc, let's wait for its first-week performance).
Don't speak too soon though, James Arthur will likely dethrone before the week's out. And maybe Basic too if she performs Unfortunately on our X Factor tonight.

It's kinda funny that it seemed Kelly was BACK!!! when Stronger smashed, but she immediately became irrelevant again a month later.
She should have had what D!ke has had with TTAL this era. However, sing choices were all wrong. Mr Know it All was a huge mis-step for lead sing, it should have been WDKY. WDKY should have been followed by Let Me Down, and then I would have chosen The War is Over for the ballad and ended it with I Forgive You.
Stronger isn't bad at all. I like Belly. She's far more tolerable than the other basic pop-rock th!ngs.
The Mormon church has launched a new campaign encouraging its members to be more compassionate toward the LGBT community.
On Thursday, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints launched the website mormonsandgays.org, in which it calls for Mormons of all stripes to "love one another."
As Buzzfeed notes, the new campaign reflects an "evolution from [the church's] past teachings" as it asserts that sexuality is not a personal choice.
An official statement posted on the new website reads:
The experience of same-sex attraction is a complex reality for many people. The attraction itself is not a sin, but acting on it is. Even though individuals do not choose to have such attractions, they do choose how to respond to them. With love and understanding, the Church reaches out to all God’s children, including our gay and lesbian brothers and sisters.
