The Train Station has a message hidden on a board "Going for help, hide in the usual spot."
The second floor of that building has a ghost seeking revenge; she sneaks up behind you and let's you go. She says "No, you're not the one" after examining your face.
There's two homeless Skiddo's waiting for their master out side the station because they were abandoned, but combine that they're still waiting with the station being the last place where someone said they were getting help and to hide. The master didn't abandon them purposefully, but died and he and his daughter never got to pick them up.
The hotel is understaffed (the skiddo's master and father to ghost girl worked there) and there's a door that's being protected and is now "unopenable."
It was a father daughter duo who were murdered (first the dad then the daughter who died hiding), the guy who killed them worked on the second floor of the white building were the girl is waiting for him to come back, to kill him but she will never get her revenge because he's devoted to blocking a door that's impossible to open anyway, because that's were he has the bodies.

The sign says, "I've dealt with the problem, meet in the usual place". She wasn't hiding.
So to catch Articuno do I actually have to see it in battle 10 times? Or do I just have to go to the area the PokeDex leads me ten times. I can never seem to run into it.
I don't know whether to trade the Scizor for a Gliscor at the GTS. Gliscor is the last Pokemon Entry to complete the 2 Kalos Region. I could try and get BP but I'm not so good at battling and it'll probably take me a while to reach 48 BP
