Vaporeon got nerfed due to the non-permanent Rain this Gen, Espeon is only used because of it's OP ability, and idek if Sylveon is really viable yet. They are all OU so this is kinda pointless tbh.

There just hasn't been a nice debate in here

Fairy should have been SE against Ghost instead of Dark, Ice should have been SE against Fairy and Grass should have resisted Fairies

Weavile getting 6 Weaknesses isn't something I like , its going straight to NU
Ice types got the biggest screw over this game , since they basically lost their niche.
I think Ghost could have used the little boost though, and Fairy is a good type, but in the end we still only have around 4 viable Fairy Pokemon to use.

Psychic has always been 1x against grass. However many grass types are part poison so maybe that's why you've thought that.

I think the Ghost/Dark thing is fine as it is. Before this Gen they had essentially the same coverage. Now the only thing that resists Ghost is Dark, so they have been buffed indirectly with that and directly with the Steel issue. Fairy should have more weaknesses though.... I feel like it's a type similar to Water only having 2 weaknesses and good neutral coverage. I agree with the Ice and Grass thing though, they needed a buff desperately. Grass is arguably the worse typing right now. Rock needed a defensive buff well.

That's why i said types. But Gengar (even without its Mega evo) and Jellicent will be very dangerous now since steel Pokemon lost the resistance and GF will add some stronger fairies later, that's for sure. I just hate that they screwed over 2 of my 3 fave types this gen

True but with fairies and fighting types Dark will have a lot of problems.

I don't think so tbh. Ghost got buffed a lot, so people will have to use Dark types to cover them, and now they have an amazing coverage with their STAB only being resisted by 2 types, one that got a nerf this Gen. Tyranitar is even scarier now. And we don't even have many good OU Fairies.

I just encountered a hoard of Zangooses and Sevipers in Route 8 and they're killing each other for some reason

Ghost is one of my favorite types, so I don't mind, but Ice is my favorite type and its constant nerfing is annoying.
It really should have been super-effective against Fairy-types, and I don't get why it doesn't resist Water either, yet Water resist Ice-types. Watching Weavile constantly go down the tier list is painful, it went from OU to UU to NU
With all the Genger running around Banette is going to be used just as much which makes me happy, with 164 attack, Shadow Sneak, Pursuit, and Sucker Punch Genger has no chance

I feel you, I love Weavile.
It doesn't help Ice types are hammered by Bullet Punch and Mach Punch, the most common priority moves with Ice Shard, they have no chance.
But Weavile may forgo Low Kick since it hits Steels neutral now. Ice Punch / Ice Shard / Night Slash / Pursuit.
And I'm gonna use the **** out of Mega Bannete.
edit: NOT the first Shuppet I caught being Adamant.
