Hair opened with 147,000.
The difference this time around aren't only the sales, but also the fact that both TEOG and Hair had radio deals to push their airplay up so that they can debut into the Top 10 on BB.
Plus, back in 2011, The BB charts didn't count streaming for their charts, now they do.

But for some reason lots of US Artists are more relaxed when they are in Europe and especially London. I don't know why tbh. But I've seen it with Gaga and Britney just lately.
