Nope. Born This Way didn't leak until the Tuesday/Wednesday before and typically albums don't leak until round that time, the only album I can think of that leaked more than a week before it's release date was 4.

When you go to the album you have the option to buy those songs and when the full album is out I think you can press Complete my album. There's more information on iTunes I do believe.
