I have (presumably) less perfect males in my box and I'm gonna make more once I evolve one of them into Togetic (the Togetic I was using to pass down Nasty Plot accidentally lost the move in the daycare ) so I'll have plenty of Modest Togepis to pass around w/ high chances of having a perfect SpD or SpA IV.
I need a team of 3 to slay the Battle Institute with. Would anyone go well with Dragalge or should I not use ha? I love ha and ha shiny self but those ground and psychic weaknesses with the slow speed really hurt.

Use a flying Pokemon, or a Water one.
