Has anyone noticed that since Kim has gotten the BOOT in 2012, her song arrangements have gotten more intricate. More complex. More beautiful? I know I'm not the only one to peep this out.
This is just further confirmation for me that she needs to branch out and get some more creative people on her team. Frank needa GO. Like seriously. Every time I think about him and that MOLE I get pressed.
Especially with what could have been with the I Am... tour.
Sasha was so taken by underground ballroom scene.
The tour was gonna reflect that, and be a battle between Sasha and Beyoncé, but Frank weasle nosed ass steered her away from it and said it was too far for B's audience. *** WHAT?
That would have been epic on so many levels.
Bey is too great of a performer to be held back by them. I feel like all of them just stifle her and don't help her to go as extravagant and creative as she could be. I love the theme of MCWT. I don't think that was Frank's idea either. She really needs to let them go. There comes a time when it's just time to part ways.

I agreed! and disagree...Her song arrangment in the Mrs carter world tour...it good better than most but it not up to par to TBE!!!!!!! The musical arrangment of that tour was amazing...and I dont care what anybody says...two of her biggest hit ever are being done garbage in this tour by the music and the introduction of other song that arent even from her...If i were a boy music is pure garbage and it takes away the feeling of the song, it give u another whole diferent feeling a more dark ish song but it pure garbage...I was mad!!!!! then single ladies with a song that i dont know who sing is a good song but it take away the masterpice that is single ladies!!!! Frekum dress was great live in the other hand also why dont u love me and party!!!!! but like all 3 of her biggest songs from IASF era the music is not the orginal or has extra songs...halo, SL and IIWAB...

But everything u say about frank gaston was spot on...But I love beyonce live performance by the live band and the mamas...also the show needed to show more of the band and the mamas and less of the less twins...

I dont want to be ungreatfull, she finally came here...but at the same time i am a very keep it real person...i did not want to tell u guys a lot of this thing because i know u guys are on verge of depresion because B hasn't release a single yet...

He really does need to go. I've wanted him gone for awhile now. Her creative team needs a drastic overhaul. It seems like with her last two albums you could hear where she wanted to go, but she held back. Blue had a lot to do with 4's change in direction, tho. As for the stage and music videos, she really does need a new team.

I don't wanna say I'm tired of the old routines, but if someone else can come in and put a new spin on her hits, let that **** happen. I love the fact that all Bey needs is a mic and light, but she really can utilize an entire arena. It's annoying to think about, but there are so many people out there that have the hunger (that never left her) who she could be working with. The team she has now is sated.

Her talent is too great for satisfied people to be around her. I'd love for her to have an era full of new ****. She needs people who are on her level and will challenge her.

But she is at a point in her career that she want to do all her way! and her way is the same team she has, no vocal coach, just her natural ability and creativity!!!

Just watch her documentary!!! She said something about her recording that i was like wow(when she said that she did not wanted people to come on the studio to tell her things) i wal literally in shock and mad!!!! I now know why radio wont play her that much, and why producers always give her basics song in general and why the likes of Jerkins and timbaland havent done to much music with her...she is close minded and i love that about her to an extent...


shes also lost the hunger to let people know she can sing the hell out of songs, she an amazing singer but ofter gets underated because she does not showcase her vocal to the public, all she want to do is what i call the christina syndrome, she want to get loud but not loud in a musical way she want to showcase her power, and thats ok but she often lack the i am going to sing here like she did with DIL2 or Liten! she goes in the songs with her stronges tone posible and has left away her soft tone which sound a whole lot better and is richer...

You guys have unrealistic high expectation when it comes to Bey.She has been there done that so she has nothing left to prove.She is 32 years now and with a family and has other priorities now.How many of her contempoaries or even the younger ones can match up to her?none.you cannot get a 100% perfection from her she has flaws just like any other performer and we as stans will have to live with that.All that matters at the end of the day is that at least performance wise she is ahead of the rest.

I agree with you but she has a family now and is getting older so eventualy she has to slow down most performers do.Most of her peers like usher,christiana etc have all slowed down,it's incredible that Bey has maintained such high standard for this long.Bey is human and cannot be perfect all the time.As far as am concerened bey i closest you can get to perfection expecting more is unrealistic.
