Bey is so lucky that I don't know anyone on her team. I'd be pitching ideas to that person left and right, hoping they'd pass some on to her. Oh, all those shows would be released in two ways; with her personal touches and a regular edited tour DVD (which is what most of us really want).

I think Bey looks great with both straight and curly. It's the color that makes or breaks the look for me, usually. I dislike the pale ashen blonde -- she looks better when it's darker/golden blonde or brown with highlights.
