That should actually preclude someone from being a mod. Big name diva fans should not become mods because ATRL's biggest problem is the grotesque discrepancy in treatment between big name diva topics, and those involving lesser name artists.

For example this Chris/Rihanna thread has post after post of the most vicious and vile slander against Karrueche Tran. But alas, there are no Karrueche Tran fans to report those. Result = all that slander will continue to stand because the only ATRL mod that would be interested in looking at this thread (and therefore interfere proactively without waiting for reports) would be a Rhianna stan.
