The only filler on unapologetic is get it over with.

"Get It Over With" and "Loveeeeeee Song" are the only good tracks
on "Unapologetic." The rest is just cutting-room-floor filler tracks.

Maybe. But the difference between Katy Perry and Lady Gaga is that Katy Perry's bad, generic, filler tracks are listenable and, at the very least,
current. Lady Gaga's music always sounds dated, or extremely busy. Lady Gaga doesn't know how to edit when it comes to production, so it tends to sound like a ball of noisiness with some nonsensical lyrics over the top of it. That never makes good music, but Lady Gaga lacks the self-awareness to see that.

I don't know why I expected "Prism" to be different, but I won't make that mistake again. Sonically and lyrically, Katy Perry is just not an interesting artist. She has moments, but those are few and far between (I Kissed A Girl, E.T., Legendary Lovers). It's a shame, really. Katy Perry can learn from Lady Gaga and Lady Gaga can learn from Katy Perry. They each have something that the other need. However, Ke$ha has them both, with the tragic irony being that she's not as successful as either of them.
