You should breed with an Everstone. I don't know if it changed in gen 5, but a parent with the Nature or Ability you want (I forgot which one it was ) will have a 50% chance of being passed on to ha children. It will save you A LOT of time

Oh yeah I'm definitely breeding with an Everstone. The nature won't be the problem, only initially (since the Togepi I have is Sassy, which isn't what I want). Once I get a good nature (Calm, Bold, Modest.. w/e) from its offspring I can start using it w/ Everstone and be 100% set for natures. It's just the gender, ability and IVs from there on.

O and by the way since B2W2 Everstone is 100% guaranteed to pass on your nature. I just bred a bunch of Fennekins and they were all Timid so that's still in effect in XY.

I just read this on Bulbapedia:

When breeding with non-Hidden Ability females in Generation V, there is an 80% chance that the Ability slot of the female will be passed to the baby. For example, when breeding a female Venomoth with Shield Dust, the resultant Venonat has an 80% chance of having Compoundeyes rather than Tinted Lens. This change does not apply if Ditto is used as either parent.

When you get a female Togepi with the ability you want, you should let it breed with a Modest or w/e Nature Male Togepi that holds an Everstone and then it's just a matter of time before you've got what you want
