Um no. ARTPOP isn't even a bop to begin with, but it's a way better song than MANiCURE. IMO MANiCURE sounds like it was made to be album filler. Probably one of the blandest songs out of any of the swinefest songs she premiered. Even though I actually LIKE it, it doesn't compare to ARTPOP in my opinion.

Completely agree. MANiCURE is cute but it has an element of basicness to it. ARTPOP may not be a radio hit but its amazing. The lyrics and sound are great.

I prefer the rock influence on manicure, it suits her more imo

But it does sound generic for now. the beat in the first 5 seconds sounds like it could really be something unique though... the song has the possibility of having a killer production right before the part of the song we have heard.

but at people saying the album will not expand her musical boundries. ARTPOP (song), Sexxx Dreams, J&D, and Aura all already do that. we've never had anything like that from her.
