I don't know when exactly it was established. But form songs that benefited form it i can remember Mirrors as first. At that time i was doing predictions and for Mirrors to stay in top 10 was only possible with "complete" sales included, as when 20/20 was released sales for Mirrors was 0.

"Ball" nearly knocked "Royals" from the top of the Hot 100. With "Royals" down by less than 1% in overall Hot 100 points and "Ball" up by 17%, the songs are separated just a 4% margin.

UGH if it hadn't been for Complete My Album, Miley would have got a third week at #1.

Yes I know, his digital debut was huge, so it affected Mirrors really strong.
