For those who claim Miley's number are bad considering her "promo", all in all don't forget she's a Pop star, still. "Teenage Dream" was predicted to open with 700k based on all the hype, promo and single success but ended up doing 197k opening week, but eventually sold good enough. Many thought the so-called "promo" for Miley was destructive, that it will damage her career, thus her album sales, and she even exceeded the label predictions.
Miley's doing beyond great and the singles success on iTunes only shows how much the public is currently also interested in her musically. Bangerz will have longevity.
I'm sure RCA is thrilled with Bangerz sales and that Hollywood records is kicking themselves for losing Miley. After all this should have been under them.
