Mariah's Japanese sales are fantastic but she hasn't done a lot there in a long time. Avril has consistently done well in Japan and other parts of Asia for the past decade and was the first Western Artist to tour China. She also has three 1 million-selling albums in Japan and she just won that award in China recently for Best Global Singer. She IS the Empress .

#1's is 3x diamond. Daydream, Music Box, and Merry Christmas all 2x diamond each. And about two-three other albums that are diamond as well
