Frontloaded queens Katy + Bieber?
I suspect Bieber is hoping that one or more of the ten released songs will hit hard like Dark Horse and show worthiness of being a single. Countdown songs Not Like the Movies and Circle the Drain were probably aborted attempts to see if Katy could have more than one non-Dr. Luke hit from an album.
It'll be interesting to see if all ten singles can hit #1
