They are flops because they will not chart high on Hot 100. Nobody will care if the song was sent to radio or not. That's his problem.

I don't think people outside music blogs/sites will care about peaks, but the real problem is when they'll most likely out-peak some singles that had videos and were pushed to multiple radio formats.
