I've been contemplating for a while learning Japanese or Korean. Both are countries I'd like to visit and I'd like to have a little bit of knowledge regarding their languages.
Also, Everybody is out now, right? I hope it's not long until it pops up online so I can listen.
This. I never understood why a lot of kpop fans want to learn Japanese when Korean is much nicer sounding and easier to learn. I'm not here for Japanese and taking 10 minutes to decipher ch*nk drawings
Wow usually people new to Kpop would find IU boring
Minho stans have the best taste
Really? I really enjoyed it on first listen, I loved the production and thought it was really nice and catchy. I checked some of her older singles out on YouTube too and really enjoyed them too!

Should be out by 11 pm EST.
Choking @ Sistar's flop concert. They may have stolen 2NE1's digital sales but they haven't stolen the fans!
To put it in perspective the YG trainees had 3000 ppl show up @ the mall for a fan signing.

Yeah, I've tried self-teaching myself Japanese writing last year, but holy hell is it hard! So many different variations and strokes to remember...I feel like I just wanna cry. I'm better with romanizations, tbh.

Almost all albums in Korea come out at noon KST, which is 11PM EST the evening before. If you're in Glasgow then it's...4AM for you? I think? Either way, it's in 3.5 hours.
G-Dragon has gotten me interested in K-Pop. I don't know if that is a bad thing, if he is overrated, etc., but I do know I love his music (well, Coup D'Etat).
Let me start lurking this thread so I can learn more about K-Pop.

Ooh, I see. Yeah, it's 4AM here, which is only like 2 hours away, but I'll just get it when I wake up.

Japanese will forever be easier to pronounce, but Korean is simpler in every other way.
I could probably learn it if I really wanted to.
I've been telling myself I'm going to learn Korean forever, but at this point I think I'm putting it off til college. It's actually really easy for me to pronounce since I already speak Russian and it comes from a similar place in the throat.
