TFM wasn't an album, if it was released as an album it would've sold a lot more. TFM was an EP being sold at an album price so obviously it would have sold more in the US if it was a full album.
And I do hope you're not counting Hannah Montana's album as Miley's. Even Miley doesn't want to be associated with that
