Yeah, the "A-P-P-L-A-U-S-E" sounds a little weaker, plus the echoing during "The Koons is me" is stronger in the demo.

And the "Make it real loud'' at the end is reminding me of that part during the VMAs when she went off-key. How have I never heard this before now?

This can't be. I heard it several times on the radio the day it premiered and i certainly would've noticed the changes before now. This has to be the demo. One of my favorite parts of the song is her harmonizing towards the end during the "touch, touch" part and that's missing in this version.
