Well, Gaga tweeted about she learned from him growing up.
One of her dancers tweeted that they did something that made them happy because they got to do something they've wanted to do all their life (most of her dancers are queer and Ru Paul has been around for a long time).

I think what he's trying to say is, the "Applause" lyric video was terrible, and I have to agree, no one wants another video with drag queens involved.
