If it wasn't for Justin's "promo" single and Track #1 on Miley's Bangerz (like wtf, seriously) being in the Top 10, "Timber" would be there by now, which would undoubtedly help it rise even further, since the majority of people who would buy the songs currently in the Top 10 probably already have.
Like when Miley's track falls then maybe we can move a spot. wtf @ The Fox though.
