Well I assume that's why Vevo isn't uploading it until tomorrow since when she premieres it on E! They sometimes get it exclusively for the night.

No, E! said it would be on their website after the show and VEVO has always uploaded her videos after they premiere on TV. They're either late or waiting until after the PST airing.
