The reason why Ke$ha isn't going anywhere anytime soon is because she follows one
crucial step in the successful pop star model -- she has a core team of producers behind her. If you don't have a core producing team, your music career will always be in the air. Britney Spears' core team consists of Darkchild, Max Martin, Danja, Bloodshy & Avant, The Neptunes, and most recently will.i.am has been added (unfortunately). Lady Gaga's core team consists of Red One, DJ White Shadow, Fernando Garibay and, most recently, Zedd and Madeon. Rihanna's core team consists of Stargate, Ester Dean, and Tricky Stewart.
Ke$ha's team is Dr. Luke, Cirkut, Benny Blanco, Greg Kurstin, Shellback, Ammo,
Billboard, and, most recently added, The Flaming Lips. A f**kin'
solid team, btw.
If you're a pop star and you're just bouncing around with different producers all the time and
trying to get a hit, then your music career will always be in jeopardy because you haven't
accumulated a core producing team behind you. Look at Jennifer Lopez or Nicki Minaj.
