That might just be a coincidence. She tweeted back in January/February of this year that she had just wrote a new song called Sex Dreams.
She was saying 'Born This Way' in interviews since The Fame era but she didn't write that song until 2010. So it was always planned, but she just hadn't delved that deep into it by then. Could be the same with Sex Dreams.
Born This Way (the everything) was just a planned thing for the gays that has been lying in Interscope's closeth () for years. They just needed the right popstar for it and the right time for the gays to punch.
