I suggest before entering the security code, reload it another time by clicking on the button that says Change Code because the first time it sometimes doesn't work!
So make sure to do that to make sure that your request was completed. IF you are redirected to a page that looks like this:
Then it worked. IF NOT, then PLEASE request it again until that shows up.
