It was a perfume launch, it wasn't a concert. The only people booing were the press, who 5 second later were sucking her teet to get exclusives for their little blogs. Katy is never late, give her a break.

The press were being paid to be there by their bosses, none of them paid to be there. They were only there because she's a celebrity, and she was only late because she was signing autographs for her fans, who, as someone pointed out, she doesn't get to see very often in Germany.
I mean, the Queen deserves respect, tha hell is wrong with this world?
