The Beyhive is too ratchet for me to handle. they take these stan wars so seriously. In the end of the day, Britney mania was huge and y'all are just sad trying your best by attempting to prove that wrong.
She won't, so there is no need in even getting your little pallid hopes up. Her lead single couldn't even debut in the top 10 with the new streaming rules that basically guarantee anyone a top 10.
Theoretically, she was successful all around with her first 4 eras. Most of Britney's singles and videos from her peak are memorable. One would be delusional to deny that. TRL was the main thing to determine a single's success in the USA, and she was the "TRL queen".

Were all huge hits which only showed in their album's sales thanks to Brit's team's tactics. No Doubt used to the same except they didn't release them at all not even in limited ammounts. Don't Speak was huuuuuuge on radio but because of Billboard rules it didn't chart. Had they released it in limited copies, it woulda been top 3 at least thanks to the airplay. Their team wanted to sell as many albums as possible.
