Looks as though my iconic multiquotes have placed me out of top 20 just like in the Britney threads. It's a gift and a curse and a sacrifice to make for my signature posting format.

So it appears I will reach Fly's underrated yet memorable, classy and iconic peak at #19 within the next couple of weeks.
Then I will hit Monster's iconic #18 peak before the thanksgiving holidays with a chance of reaching Moment for life's peak at #13 before I'm off to Vegas for Christmas and New years

That's a reach for the stars despite the moon. Miley's situation is more comparable to Britney's situation back in the day except Britney was actually sexy and had the body of a woman and not a 12 year old boy
I don't agree that every video will get that. Being a Britney fan and knowing what her manager Larry Rudolph is about. She will simmer down once people here the album and it sells. She did this stuff to kill off Hannah montana and grab everyone's attention.
Like Nicki said with her Lil kim pose...once you grab everyone's attention you have to have something to say...she has two smashes and 4 more in the line up.

I slightly get what you are saying with the polarity but it wouldn't be comparable to Nicki. The biggest artist that stand the test of time go through that phase of pushing the envelope and getting extreme polarity amongst the GP. She'll either succeed a la Madonna, Britney, Rihanna or it'll be another course she will ride.

Ooh you don't know about marketing and you don't know about the entertainment bizness.
Miley is at a great position. Her album will sell. She will have hits. She will have controversy and people will have a strong opinion one way or the other which is the mark of a successful popstar.
She has the hits to keep the album moving and will do it.
Miley just got rave reviews for her SNL stint and that we can't stop returned back into the top 10 on itunes.
She made her message clear and now it's about pushing the music.

Eminem is running out of steam and is ready to hang it up. He's trying to get back to his roots and it's turning into a generic Beastie boys without the originality mess.

She needs to get rid of PF tag.
The album cover needs to have nothing pink unless its her outfit.
She needs to give a street single, an urban radio candy banger and then a crossover song that has flavors of hip POP so that it doesn't confuse urbanites into thinking she's back on her popnika ish. The hip POP song needs to be release late spring/summer in time to have longevity too.
After the album is released and she is on tour she just needs to put out another urban radio candy banger and then in fall/winter finally put out one of her r&b singles.
then do no more than 2-3 pop features during summer/fall/winter to keep that radio spins going and then close with a great urban gem that isn't for chart appeal and a hip pop song for the spring/warm weather.
All of this needs to be in the vain of growth, maturity, relatability, next level, futuristic sounds with a little ratchet/skripper anthems mixed in.
Ya'll gon' laugh but she really needs to bring out her inner lauryn serving Lost ones, xfactor, everything is everything, that thing, superstar, final hour realness. SHE CAN DO IT too.
Given the right opportunity a message like one she gave in Living it up could really change things for the urban market.
SHE NEEDS to get back the NY crowd and major markets.
