Madonna was nowhere near as arrogant as Miley in her early career.
Miley is already having diva breakdowns because she couldn't get out of a police car.
Madonna's always been arrogant, but that's nothing to frown upon. Every artist has their bloated ego at some point when they're successful.
I don't really see how Miley's being arrogant either. She's just acting her age. Most child stars seem like they feel the need to become rebellious to shed their image.
