There's a rumor going around that she's throwing a concert in Tunisia in November 2013. Tunisia is located around the Mediterranean sea!!
A concert promoter, Sam Alvez (you can find him on Facebook) said he had a phone call with Britney in August!! Britney said she wants to perform in the same concert hall as Michael Jackson (Michael Jackson performed there in the 90's).
This guy is credible,...he works with Universal Music in Europe and is the manager of international booking agency called VIP Music Group! He brought OneRepublic to Tunisia this year!
Plus, she's allowed to perform outside of the u.s. because of Vegas!
Maybe she's going to a few countries, and not Tunisia only???

Tunisia is located next to Malta, Italy (Sicily), Algeria and Morocco! (Carthage is in Tunisia, for example)
Scream & Shout was huge there, even Ohh La La. Plus, Will.i.am has worked with this concert promoter this year. Huge fan base there!
Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion and OneRepublic all performed there! Coldplay, Adele and Shakira are coming next year!
