It does, idk what they are doing this Gen. Swirlix2, Spritzee2, Heliolisk, Carbink, now Sliggoo... kinda weird...

But I it is indeed a 3-staged Pokemon and it evolved I'm assuming at lvl 40, there's a HIGH chance that it is the pseudo-legend, and it may very well gain another typing upon evolving. Hopefully Poison!! Or even Fairy, yeah. If that happens I'm training one, no doubt lol.
