I could've easily found an apt for less than $1000, but honestly I'm kind of "selective". My apt is located in the middle of downtown which is convenient because my school is within walking distance. I have a great view from a private balcony, access to a state of the art fitness room, a coffeehouse, oversized, rooftop pool, a nice clubhouse, concierge, stainless steel appliances... I mean I don't have a single complaint, except the rent.
