Why is Bangerz still ahead of PRISM while the latter currently has 3 songs in the top 10 though?

although prism has the promo singles they haven't been treated like singles. Miley has Wrecking Ball and WCS and she already had her live stream for her album on iTunes
What happened to the track list release? I thought that was coming earlier this week.
I'm pretty sure some type of promo is going to happen within the next 1-2 weeks. Judas was released about 2 months after BTW, so if Interscope is following that pattern, maybe a promo single should be coming soon (since we're two nearly two months in from Applause).
