Yeah, she'll have to have her first rush release single if it peaks on radio by the end of the month and it doesn't shoot up in the top 10 on itunes
If this doesn't have longevity then they NEED to release a ballad "Perfume" in early November
they can let the miley feature be an uptempo hit for the single.
People need to see another side of her. Two uptempo singles is not going to do it.
